Poppy Seed Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Mix all ingredients together until well-combined. Place into an airtight container and chill until ready to serve.
    NOTES:
    An easy way to prepare the chicken is to make-ahead in the slow cooker or to roast in the oven.
