INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Caramel sauce, for drizzling, see note above
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large glass, combine the ginger ale and apple cider. Drop in one or two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
